From Friday 31 August until Sunday 2 September the Albert Dock will be the home port for a fleet of Tall Ships, so pop along and prepare to be delighted by a feast of family-fun. For those who like the idea of an adventure on the high seas, we welcome you to step aboard these impressive vessels and experience the maritime way of life.
And if that’s not enough, the weekend will see the docks come alive with an array of colourful street theatre, music and a whole host of other enjoyable activities to keep you amused and entertained.

Why not use the bus, train or ferry to get to Irish Sea Tall Ships Regatta? Buses, trains or the Mersey Ferries all call near to the Albert Dock and a Saveaway ticket will help you save money too.

The nearest stations to the Albert Dock are:

for the Wirral Line – James Street
for the Northern Line – Moorfields
for the City Line and national rail services – Lime Street. Most buses that stop on Lime Street, outside the station, will bring you to the waterfront.
